Concludes at:
The approval of the study for the construction of a 5* tourist accommodation in the “Squares” location of the island of Thira, in the off-plan area of ​​the settlement of Vourvoulou, allegedly owned by Panagiotis Inglesi, Artemias Argyrou, Georgios Gialelis and Anna Alexopoulos, because it does not cause direct or indirect damage to the historical site and the environment of special natural beauty of the island with the following conditions:

  1. The dividers of the exteriors between the rooms should be of light wood construction, so that they can be used for climbing plants and be consistent with the wooden pergolas.
  2. The stone walls should not be a stage design, but a structural element of the masonry.
  3. The accommodation of the rooms on the floor should be done with horizontal roofs. The modified study, according to the above conditions, should be submitted in three (3) copies for inspection and approval by the DFANSM. For any other modification or intervention, beyond those described in the approved
  4. study, it is necessary to submit a new request for approval.
  5. This Decision does not replace any other required approval or license from another competent Authority, nor does it constitute recognition of property rights, and it refers to the provisions of Law 3028/2002, provided that all applicable urban planning, building construction, environmental or other provisions are observed.
  6. Constructions that are not carried out in accordance with the approved design, result in the legal invalidity thereof, as well as the imposition of interruption or removal of any arbitrary construction.
